CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT
By this statement, I undertake to uphold the confidentiality of all personal data to which I have the right and authority to access, in accordance with the regulations governing the area of personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Law on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation. I also commit not to disclose or make available to third (unauthorized) parties personal data to which I have the right and authority to access, and I undertake to maintain the confidentiality of such personal data even after the termination of the authority to access personal data. I am aware that any unauthorized handling of personal data in my work represents a violation of work obligations.
DELIVERY
Delivery service for the entire HR is provided by DPD Croatia or HP. We will send the purchased product packaged, and if there is any damage to the box itself, the customer is obliged to check the shipment and report any damages to the product to the delivery person and immediately return it.

The cost of delivery is borne by the buyer.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
If you are not satisfied with a certain item, we will gladly exchange it for another product. The customer is obliged to report any damages to the product to the delivery person immediately upon receipt of the shipment, as subsequent complaints will not be accepted. For all details, please contact us via email, and we will make an effort to resolve complaints to mutual satisfaction. Even after you have announced it, the return of the product is made to the address Poljana Čička 57E, 10415 Novo Čiče. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.
